SK emailed in: ‘This is not a question, but a pat on the back. The flu vaccination program yesterday went like clockwork. Well organised and easy to access. It took less than 5 minutes from reaching the queue to leaving the practice. Well done to all. It made the whole operation almost painless!’

EM sent in a card: ‘To the most patient and amazing receptionist. Thank you so much for going over and above to support me and ensure I got my X-ray last week.’

MS emailed in: ‘Thank you for all you are doing. Have been very happy at this practice since we joined 3 years ago.’

SL send an email: ‘Wanted to thank you all and to let you know how marvellous you all are. Have found everybody to be courteous, kind and extremely helpful.’

MS sent an email: ‘My contact with the surgery this morning really impressed me. I rang at 8am to ask to speak to a Dr/Nurse about a problem. A nurse practitioner had rung me and medication was sent to the pharmacy by 9am. This way of working seems so much more efficient so hopefully some of these new practices can be adopted after Covid 19.’

JG emailed: ‘I just wanted to thank your whole team for a well organised flu jab arrangements on Saturday. Five minutes from arrival until walking out of the door.’

KV sent an email: ‘I just wanted to say thank you very much for phoning me back so quickly and putting my mind at rest. Thank you for the great service all the staff working at the surgery are providing.’

CW emailed: ‘I just wanted to write in and thank ALL of you, the Doctors, nurses, receptionists, cleaners – every staff member at the surgery right now. We know you are working hard to keep us healthy and safe and appreciate all the risks you are taking every day for us.’
